These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Let's GEO website, products, and services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Let's GEO ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Let's GEO provides AI visibility monitoring and optimization tools, including:

  • AI Brand Scanner for measuring brand presence in LLM responses.
  • GEO Score calculation and tracking.
  • AI visibility consulting services (positioning, optimization, engineering).
  • Citation analysis across major AI systems.
  • Reports and strategic recommendations.

3. Engagement and Contact

To engage our services, you submit your information through our scanner or contact forms. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Our team will reach out to discuss your needs and propose an engagement plan.

4. Services and Engagement

Our Services include a free brand scan and paid consulting engagements. The scope, deliverables, and terms of each engagement are defined in the proposal agreed upon between you and our team.

  • Scope:Each engagement is scoped based on your brand's needs, industry, and competitive landscape.
  • Payment: Payment terms are defined per engagement and communicated before work begins.
  • Termination: Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with 30 days written notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from our Services beyond normal usage.
  • Resell or redistribute access to the Services without our written consent.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Let's GEO and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without our prior written consent.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate or reliable.

AI visibility data is based on automated queries to third-party AI systems. Results may vary based on factors outside our control, including changes to AI model behavior and training data.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Let's GEO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Let's GEO is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
